INSURE is presented as a product formulated with a combination of selected ingredients. During periods where calorie intake is higher, changes in daily food patterns may influence how the body responds. This may be associated with adjustments in normal bodily processes. Individual responses can vary and are influenced by multiple lifestyle factors. INSURE can be taken with meals that contain carbohydrates, depending on personal preferences and routine. Serving Suggestion A serving (3 capsules) can be used with higher carbohydrate meals if desired. In many cases, 2 capsules per carbohydrate-containing meal may be suitable based on personal preference. During periods of lower carbohydrate intake, 1 capsule with carbohydrate meals may be preferred.
