Description The ESYDOCK MAX SIMPLEX docking station by DAB Pumps is designed for seamless integration with the ESYBOX MAX Pump, an advanced water booster pumping system for water pressurization in commercial building services. Installing the ESYDOCK MAX is as simple as a “click” – integrate it into your pipework system and easily “plug” your pumps in. A final setup via the digital DConnect app completes the installation process. Both the ESYBOX MAX and ESYDOCK MAX consist of modular elements that provide various configurations to meet the needs of medium to large condominiums and high-rise buildings, even those exceeding 14 floors. Each unit includes a single, double, or triple connection base and the pumping units. A four-pump system is achievable with an additional kit that connects two double bases. The modular construction supports the assembly of pumping groups directly at the installation site, following the O.S.A. concept. The compact size and quiet operation of the system make it suitable for installation in any room, including inhabited spaces. The ESYDOCK MAX features two 2″ FNPT stainless steel connections and two 1 1/4″ polymer FNPT reducer bushings. The ESYBOX MAX is an integrated pumping system designed for water pressurization in commercial building services. It consists of modular elements that allow for different configurations, including single, double, triple, or quadruple systems to meet the demands of medium to large condominiums and high buildings. Each unit comprises a hydraulic connection base and a pumping unit that includes an electronic vertical multi-impeller pump, display, Wi-Fi module, pressure sensors, non-return valve on delivery, and an expansion tank. The innovative support base and wireless communication between pumps enable single-person assembly directly at the installation site, following the O.S.A. concept. The variable frequency drive maintains constant pressure according to demand, and the water-cooled permanent magnet motor ensures greater efficiency, quiet operation, and energy savings.
