MIPICK MP equipment is more compact and suited to smaller installations and locations. By use of a MIPICK Pick-to-Light system the picker is informed, by means of a signal lamp and display, of the exact picking position and quantity. This significantly reduces the search time for the picking of products, improving efficiency. Picking errors are also diminished – by reducing incorrect selection of articles. The operator confirms completion of the pick using integrated acknowledgement buttons and data is transferred in “real-time” to the ERP. The MIPICK range includes a variety of pick stations with durable aluminium housings and using reliable Profibus communication to purpose built controllers. Software is available to integrate with many leading ERP stock management programs.
