Curado: la preparación de su sartén Echar alrededor de 5mm de aceite en la sartén y cocer hasta que empiece a humear, luego de tres minutos apagar. Tirar con cuidado el aceite en un recipiente y para terminar limpiar la sartén con un papel absorbente. Cuanto más se utiliza la sartén mejor es la cocción. Cuanto más negra se pone menos se pega. Mantenimiento: enjuagar con agua caliente, secar y engrasar ligeramente. Almacene en un lugar seco. No use detergentes ni lo ponga en el lavavajillas. Todas las placas EXCEPTO la inducción. No se recomiendan placas de vitrocerámica.
