Vitamin D3 and Vitamin K2 are commonly used together in food supplements. Uncontrolled calcium levels can be associated with various natural processes within the body. Vitamin D3 and K2 are often combined in supplements based on their respective roles in normal physiology. Many people choose to include both Vitamin D and K2 in their diet, especially during periods of low sun exposure or when dietary intake varies. We use a patented version of Vitamin K2, which allows for consistent quality of the raw material. We also use Vitamin D3 derived from plant algae.
