PREPARE PRO is our all-in-one pre workout blend, containing a selection of ingredients including 5 patented raw materials. GlycerSize is a highly concentrated form of glycerol that is commonly included in many sports supplement formulas. RedNite is a beetroot powder that contains naturally occurring nitrates. S7 is a blend of plant extracts that is used in a range of dietary supplements. Bioperine is included as a standardised black pepper extract, which is used in a variety of nutritional products. The combination of these ingredients provides a comprehensive pre workout formula. Please note: Due to the nature of the ingredients, the powder may appear sticky or clumpy. This is normal for the product. Serving Suggestion Mix 1 scoop (8.5g) or 2 scoops (17g) with 350–450ml cold water in your shaker.
