Rare French hand painted art deco phenolic manicure set. Cream phenolic stand with a hand painted phenolic fan panel and five manicure tools. It measures 8.25 inches (20.5cm) wide, 9.75 inches (27.5cm) high. Condition is good with a little age darkening to the metal parts of the tools as one would expect.
